Visitation - 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Set-up for Lunch - 11:30 - 12:00 p.m.
Potlunch Lunch - 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
Kitchen clean up - 1:00 - 1:30 p.m.
Drinks (tea and colas), ice, plates, napkins, utensils
And paper products will be provided.
